Breakfast of Champions

Perhaps you're eating breakfast while you're reading this, or drinking your morning coffee. This was my breakfast every morning in Greece, and I continue to eat pretty much the same thing here in the US. Add some honey to Greek yogurt, a hardboiled egg, some kaseri cheese, and a frappe coffee (basically rocket fuel), and you've got the perfect combination of protein and yummy goodness to get the day started.

  1. Yummmm! I eat a half cup of Greek Yogurt, fresh blueberries, and an apple. Protein in the yogurt, antioxidants in the blueberries, and fiber in the apple. Breakfast is the best!
