Recent Work: Art Nouveau Wedding Invitations

Today I'm sharing with you one of my new favorites - the art nouveau bilingual wedding invitation suite. Margaret was inspired by their art nouveau wedding venue in France and wanted to translate that romantic and vintage feel in the look of their wedding suite. She also wanted the invitations to be bilingual since many of their friends from the States were invited as well. Rose and silver inks created the perfect pairing for a bit of romance.

Recent Work: Illustrated Hawaiian Wedding Invitations

Sometimes the best way to get your guests excited about the big day is to show them where it's going to be. Susan and Michael came to me with the photo of their wedding venue in Hawaii, and wanted me to incorporate the location into their invitation suite. We highlighted the important elements of the venue: the hotel, the big mountain, and the beach. I integrated all of these elements into a custom illustration and carried them throughout the wedding suite. Makes me wish I were on a beach right now!

Recent Work: Recipe Cards

These adorable recipe cards are another recent collaboration I did with Greek illustrator Dimitra Tzanos (remember the Oh, My Little Greece print?). I'm obsessed with her work it's ridiculous, and I'm so happy to be able to print it and carry her designs in my shop. Dimitra illustrated a harvest of veggies for me to play around with and use to design these recipe cards. They are sold in sets of 10 and come with customized packaging too - making them the perfect hostess gift - or hey, Mother's Day (for those planning ahead). Hello.

Recent Work: Corner Scroll Wedding

This isn't very recent considering that it's from last fall, but what can I say - I'm behind in photographing and sharing my wedding invites. I do have a bank of paper lovelies to share with you, so I'll be posting more of them. I promise.

Chrisoula came to me wanting classic, understated and elegant wedding invitations. We decided on this corner scroll design in silver, and the wedding information in classic black - perfect for a formal yet whimsical wedding.

Hellenic Journal + Giveaway

It's not everyday you get a front page story, now is it?! I was ecstatic to find out that my press and I are on the front page of the Hellenic Journal this month, along with a two-page article to boot - and you can read it here. This niche publication is distributed to Greek Americans on the West Coast, and it's an honor to be recognized by a publication that has been connecting our community for decades.
